| 1 | 2.0 Name of Work: Assistance for supervision, draughting etc. of civil , electrical & HVAC jobs for various works in NFC at Hyderabad A.1 Carrying out Engineering works (i) CIVIL JOBS1. The agency shall provide 17 Nos. of supervisors-Civil Engineer (Btech /BE In Civil Engineering with minimum 1 years’ work experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years' work experience). They should have passed with minimum 50% marks in both cases. 2. Payment will be done monthly/ bimonthly on due verification of activities3. Experience:i) Experience in Civil Engineering construction / maintenance of similar projects like residential bldg, office complex etc also having experience in Detailed estimating, Preparation of tender Documents, preparation of Bills, method of measurement etc. ii) Experience in operating personal computers with MS Office (Excel, word, powerpoint etc). Tasks to be Undertaken:1. Checking of layout of buildings/rooms and taking/checking levels at various stages of work for excavation, demarcation of columns, beams, slabs, flooring etc as per drawings issued for activity under execution. 2. Taking joint measurements with contractor agency. 3. Checking of quality of materials received at site as per specifications, drawings and following EIC instructions.4. Quality control for concrete, brick work, RR masonry, finishes like plastering, painting, waterproofing, PH works like water supply lines with appurtenances, sewerage lines etc 5. Ensuring safety culture at site of work.6. Checking of workmanship of various activities carried out at site as per specifications, drawings and EIC instructions.7. Assistance in maintenance of site records. 8. Preparation of bill of quantities / estimates, tender documents etc. (ii) ELECTRICAL JOBS1. The agency shall provide 02 Nos. of supervisors-Electrical Engineer (Btech /BE In Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 1 years' work experience or Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 3 years' work experience) .They should have passed with minimum 50% marks in both cases. 2. Payment will be done monthly/ bimonthly on due verification of activities3. Experience:a) Experience in checking of quality and makes of materials received at site as per specifications, work order, drawings, EIC instructions like for Power Distribution Boards, cables, wires, light fittings, MCB Distribution boards, etc. b) Experience in checking of site physical progress with respect to electrical drawings and supervision of various works like conduit laying, cable pulling, electrical wiring, installation of light fittings, DBs, break down follow up of lifts etc c) Taking joint measurements with contractor agency, preparing draft bills, checking for site accuracy of bills etc. Tasks to be Undertaken:1. Supervising the laying of conduits at various stages of work pertaining to Electrical/Ventilation/telephone lines as per approved layout drawings etc.,2. Taking joint measurements with contractor agency. 3. Checking of quality of Electrical materials received at site as per specifications, drawings and following EIC instructions.4. Supervising and ensuring the quality of workmanship of various activities related to Electrical installation works carried out at site as per specifications, drawings , EIC instructions. 5. The agency shall provide 03 Nos. of supervisors-Mechanical Engineer (Btech /BE In Mechanical Engineering with minimum 1 years' work experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years' work experience). They should have passed with minimum 50% marks in both cases. 2. Payment will be done monthly/ bimonthly on due verification of activities3. Agency shall provide 04 Nos of Structural Draugtsman (Btech /BE in Civil Engineering with minimum 1 years' experience in structural draughting or Diploma in Civil Engineering/ITI in draughting with minimum 3 years' work experience in structural draughting) are required to be deployed for the entire contract period., with minimum 50% marks.2. Payment will be done monthly/ bimonthly on due verification of activities3. Experience: Draughting/digitisation services for scrutiny/preparation of General arrangement / structural drawings of following sizes showing the layout and structural details of all RCC members and structural steel members along with misc. drawings of various projects using latest AUTOCAD or equivalent software preloaded in the system as per the standard practice, taking site measurements,printing, folding and maintenance of records related to drawings &design works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Tasks to be Undertaken:scrutiny/preparation of structural drawings of various standard sizes showing the layout and RC details of all RCC members and structural steel members of various projects using latest AUTOCAD or equivalent software preloaded in the system as per the standard practice, printing, folding, taking site measurements and maintenance of records/drawings and documentation related to design section as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (v) ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS1. Agency shall provide 01 Nos. of Architectural Draughtsman (B. Arch with minimum 1 years’ experience in architectural draughting or Diploma in Architecture/ITI in draughting with minimum 3 years' work experience in Architectural draughting) are required to be deployed for the entire contract period., with minimum 50% marks.2. Payment will be done monthly/ bimonthly on due verification of activities3.
