| 2 | Cleaning of ground and first floor including stairs of 11kV substation in Q10 berth once in 3 months as per the instructions of AMME-WI.The work includes cleaning/washing of substation floor and stairs to remove the dust completely. The ceiling, windows, exhaust fans and other dust accumulated places must be cleaned using suitable brooms/ wipes / air blowers etc. |

The ceiling, windows, exhaust fans and other dust accumulated places must be cleaned using suitable brooms/ wipes/ air blowers etc. |
| 4 | Cleaning of motors upto 20 kW once in 3 months including removal of fan cover and refixing, removing dust from the body, grease/oil or other foreign material from the body, dust accumulated on fans etc. |
| 5 | Cleaning of motors above 20kW upto 50 kW once in 3 months including removal of fan cover and refixing, removing dust from the body, grease/oil or other foreign material from the bodydust accumulated on fans etc. |
| 6 | Cleaning of motors above 50 kW and above once in 3 months including removal of fan cover and refixing, removing dust from the body, grease/oil or other foreign material from the body, dust accumulated on fans etc. |
| 7 | Cleaning, lubricating and servicing of pull cord switches, belt sway switches and zero speed switch on product and raw material conveyors once in 3 months |
| 8 | Cleaning of transformers and transformer rooms including removal of accumulated dust using suitable brooms/air blowers once in 6 months |
| 9 | Cleaning of dust accumulation in PMCC panels and its floor in Willingdon Island area once in six months |
| 10 | Cleaning of trenches and cable trays as per requirement as per the instructions of AMME-WI |
| 11 | Complete cleaning of various lamp fittings in Willingdon installations of FACT as per requirement. The scope of work include opening the cover and washing it with water and fixing it back properly |
| 12 | Supply of unskilled man power for cleaning of rusted motor and panel bodies and its painting with epoxy primer and paint and other sundry jobs. Required paint and primer will be supplied by FACT free of cost. |
| 13 | Inspection and cleaning of earth pits in Ammonia Handling/Q10 substation and carrying out necessary repairing works. The work includes lifting of cover slabs, checking earth connection, replacing defective parts, clearing of pit and putting back the cover properly. |
| 14 | Cleaning of ship unloader drive control room once in 3 months. |
| 15 | Automation expert assistance in servicing and troubleshooting of Ship Unloader electrics and associated peripherals not covered under OEM AMC.The personnel deputed shall have experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of DC Drive operated Grab type crane.
