Drier shell between Drier feed end to knocker area to be patched by welding additional MS plate of 10/16 mm on the outside of the drier shell with knocker bend, lifter & pad plate and also the replacement of Spill guard at 300 TPD NP Plant. Work includes collecting materials from stores, transportation, rolling, cutting, grinding, welding as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Material : 10/16 mm MS plate

Drier both ends Tyre Positioning at 300 TPD NP Plant.Work includes Drier lifting ,Tyre positioning in the proper place, dismantling of damaged Tyre arrester, welding of new tyre arrestors and also positioning the both side thrust rollers as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge

Replacement of damaged link chains and Helical flights inside the dryer at 300 TPD NP Plant. The work includes transporting of materials to site,dismantling of damaged materials, replacing them with new ones and carriying out welding as per the of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Patch works on the Dryer Spill chamber & spill chute at 300 TPD NP Plant. The work includes Fabrication , erection and Dismantling of the damaged portions of Dryer Spill chamber & Chute and patching of the same by 8mm MS Plate. The scope of work also includes collecting materials from stores, transportation, rolling, cutting, grinding, welding and cleaning of replacement area as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication & Erection of Dryer Discharge end hood with end cover plate and Replacement of damaged chains and flights inside the dryer at 150 TPD NP Plant. The work includes transporting of materials to site,dismantling of damaged materials, replacing them with new ones and carriying out welding as per the of the Engineer-in-Charge.
