Disconnecting of H T supply from main HT panel After proper switching of I1KV VCB discharging the supply. Complete draining out of transformer oil from transformer to empty oil drum by oil machine, dismantling of conservator tank all protection relays cable and boxes vent pipes and other items as required.

Cleaning of transformer oil tank oil removing of s1udge settled in the bottom with the help of' vacuum pressure cleaning machine thoroughly, cleaning of core and winding of transformer with hot oil and proper safety precautions to prevent the winding damage as required cutting of old overheated insulation of the winding and re- insulation material and proper taping

Replacement of top copper gasket vertical vent gasket & missing hardware to stop the oil leakage

Replacement of silica gel

Complete assembling of transformer cleaning of complete transformer tightening of all connection of incomer and outgoing side and testing & checking of the IR values with megger of winding and cable on both ends with HI Pod machine.

Repairing of transformer primary and secondary terminals, bushing by chemically wash

Replacement of Transformer Oil(1 Drums of 210 Liters each). Make :- HP/ Savita.

Providing/Fixing of welding protection pad

Repairing of coiling fins, replacement of cooling fin gasket and oil seals for stopping the leakage.

Dehydration & filtration of complete transformer oil and checking the di-electric strength upto 50KVA at site as required.

Complete cleaning and chemically washing of oily and muddy transformer body and painting of the transformer with enamel paint
