Vacuum Circuit Breaker unit drawn out from the panel including checking mechanical & electrical operation, contacts and healthiness of tripping mechanism including servicing & testing the same with Megger (2.5KV) in presence of Electrical Supervisor having professional registration. Thorough cleaning and checking of all the components of the Switch board incl. Potential Transformer, plugging chamber, Display Panel Board of HT VCB Panel equipped with Ammeter, Voltmeter, Selector Switches, Indicators and others etc. and replacing of space heater if required. |

| 8 | Servicing, cleaning & checking of 500KVA Dry type, Dyn11 Transformer including checking all the Gasket joints, cable end terminals (Primary & Secondary) and tightening all components including taking care of preventive taping arrangements by S & F necessary materials as required incl. IR value measurement of HT and LT side of the same with Megger and checking of Neutral Earthing System connected with Brought Out Terminal of Transformer including taking care of preventive insulating arrangements by S & F necessary materials as required and testing the same with Earth Tester in presence of Electrical Supervisor having professional registration and also checking of Scanner for the Protection of Transformer including checking the setting & the health of the same and also checking of Alarm & Trip Circuit. |
| 9 | Servicing, cleaning & checking of the each part of main L.T. ACB Panel Board including busbar section and all the outgoing switches with their feeder cable connections including checking & tightening all the terminal joints, contacts with providing necy. nuts-bolts-washers etc. (if reqd.) & taking care of preventive insulating arrangements by S & F necessary materials as required and checking the insulation value by L.T. Measuring Kit as per direction of EIC and also checking of Display Panel Board of the L.T. Panel equipped with Ammeter, Voltmeter, Selector Switches, Indicators with their auxiliary circuits including testing the same. |
