Installation of pre fabricated single story dormitory having• Plan size : 3.5m x 7.0 m• Eaves height: 2.5m• Roof Slope: 13 degrees• Design Loads: o Roof live load 0.75 KN/m2 o Horizontal wind loads 1.1 KN/m2 (150 Km/h) o Floor live load 2.0 KN/m2• Structural steel shall be hollow sections, conforming to IS:4923• Floor, roof, and wall panels, in RAL9002 colour: o 50mm thick factory-assembled, insulated sandwich panels with PIR insulation. o Panel external and internal facers are pre-painted galvalume steel material, 0.5mm thick. o U value: 0.30 to 0.35 W/m2.K• Floor finish: o The flooring shall comprise 12 mm to 19 mm marine plywood over the steel-insulated sandwich panels. o A 2 mm to 3 mm vinyl sheet floor covering shall be provided over the plywood.• Doors and Windows o Door size 1,000 x 2,000mm PIR. o Window size 1,000 x 1,000mm, sliding, single-glazed, with fly mesh shutter.• Durability: o All steelworks shall be painted with two coats of primer and paint finish suitable for coastal zones.• Electricals: o Each unit shall have two LED lights, 12 Amp sockets, with necessary switches and circuits, and MCBs.• Fire Alarm: o Standalone smoke alarms.
