| 5 | Cleaning of Hose boxes, panel, equipments, water storage tank once in a month. checking and rectifying hose, hydrant valves, pressure switch and solenoid valves, spray nozzle, deluge valve and push button piping throughout the switchyard for any leaks attending/ repairing. |
| 6 | Maintenance of annunciation panel of hydrant system, checking and testing fire alarm detection system and rectifying the abnormal function of the system by repairing defective component, card of the system and defective smock detectors. |
| 7 | Maintenance work of air vessel, diesel tank, A.c. distribution board, D.C. distribution board, battery charger, alarm system associated wiht fire fighting system as per site requirements. Testing all pumps D.G. set, panel, replacement of any faulty parts for proper operation of equipment also connection tightening all of all terminals. |
| 8 | Tightening of all nuts-bolts of flangers, joints in the whole pipe line of the hydrant system both inside the FFPH room and the yard with torque wrenches and use metal part protector on each nuts- bolts to avoid rusting. Replacement of damaged nuts-bolts if found any bolts should be stressed equally in opposite pairs during tightening the joints. |
| 9 | Trial test of the entire system by operating the deluge valve through emergency valve near deluge valve and through electrical actuation by operating solenoid valve from panel for four numbers of ICT's once in Two months, including flow test of the system. |
| 10 | Replacement of damage deep discharge battery 150AH 12Volt of 150KVA diseal engine of fire fighting system including cost of material copper termination cable with lug, labour and T&P. |

| 12 | Replacement of leakage fire hydrant pipe line any point / any size from suction pump to discharge point at 315MVA transformer and 160MVA transformer switchyard and complete painting of new fabricated work including cost of labour material and T&P. |
