Repairs and routine maintenance of VRF air-conditioning plants of MITSUBISHI / BLUE STAR make, with outdoor unit capacities ranging from 07 HP to 28 HP, including round-the-clock operation and maintaining the required indoor temperature of 21°C ± 3°C without interruption.The work shall include daily monitoring, periodic servicing, repairs and replacement of unserviceable minor components such as:1.1 Controlling valves and refrigerant line accessories1.2 Copper tubing, joints and fittings1.3 Nitrile rubber insulation for refrigerant piping1.4 Electrical and electronic components1.5 Control wiring, communication wiring and earthing1.6 Sensors, thermistors and related controls1.7 Thermocol inner packing materials, if required1.8 Indoor and outdoor fan motor windings/repairs1.9 Vibration pads and mounting arrangements1.10 Painting of rusted outdoor unit stands/supports1.11 Drainage lines, pre-filters and cleaning of indoor units1.12 Leak testing, gas pressure checks and system performance testing1.13 All other accessories required for smooth functioning of VRF systemComplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
