The laminated shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Pilaster to be supported with SS (grade 316) adjustable foot and the immediate panel will be attached to the wall with the help of SS (grade 304) U channels made up of Stainless Steel as per manufacturers specification. 150	Providing fixing Poly carbonate multi wall plain sheet 6 mm thick both side UV coated as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12m or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screw of size (5.5x55mm) with accessories such as aluminium skylighting profiles, top and bottom sealant, screws complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical curved surfaces, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size and shapes where ever required.
151	Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

153	Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. d) fourth and final layer of brick tilling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured)
154	Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.For vertical surface two coats @0.70 kg per sqm

The panel shall be provided with a 320A rated 4P extensible aluminum busbar system with 25kA fault withstand capacity, supported on SMC supports and insulated with heat-shrinkable sleeves, internal wiring using FRLS copper conductors, appropriate interlocking between feeders, double earthing using 25x3 mm Cu strips, and mounting on MS channel base. All components shall be IS/IEC certified, and the panel shall be tested at CPRI for short circuit, temperature rise, and IP protection as per IS 8623/IEC 61439 standards.

Proper internal wiring using FRLS copper cables shall be provided along with necessary mechanical/electrical interlocking arrangements. The panel shall include double earthing with 25x3 mm GI earth strips and shall be mounted on an MS channel base frame . All devices shall conform to IS/IEC standards, and the panel shall be built and tested in compliance with IS 8623/IEC 61439. Final construction shall follow the approved Single Line Diagram (SLD).

The height of the operating handle of any switch gear shall be minimum 300mm and maximum up to 1800mm from the finished floor level. Note: Relevant Test certificates from third party certification agencies: ASTA, ASEFA, DEKRA, KEMA, UL will be accepted as proof of compliance.
