Architectural Planning and designing of Community hall (G+1) for 1000 pax within the existing structure having plinth area 1132.00 Sq.m. and recreation space with cafeteria and Service block in the periphery area of 30000.00 Sq.m. a) Site Development : Conducting detailed survey for understanding actual site which includes site visits, checking slope gradients, water table at site, present contours, soil typology, actual landscape and site conditions, actual existing structures, taking actual measurements and checking structural stability of the existing structures.

b) Analysis of site: Proposing new structures by making adaptive reuse of existing structures and also creating a recreation space in survey No.25/2, Uguem Village, Sanguem taluka by conserving existing resources and making the project environmentaly friendly. The following will include the proposal of the project : i) Renovation of Ground floor and first floor structure for Community hall with ecologically friendly materials by using natural stones and natural material. ii) Using Energy efficient techniques which includes passive design strategies which are climate sensitive. iii) Usage of Solar energy for harvesting electricity. iv)Water harvesting techniques to recharge the ground water and making environment more ecologically viable.
