All useful materials such as stone, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted along road side and lift through all modes of transportation and used/removed as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the private and public property during the course execution will be restored by the contractor whatsoever the nature of the same may be. The usable aggregate/ boulder /cutstone shall be taken in MAS Account anf further will be issued to the contractor as per issue rate mentioned under condition No. 46 of NIT Form 6. |
