Supply of House Keeping Personnel for Sweeping, Cleaning of all floor, open space, common space and compound and disinfecting of all the toilets and W.C. with all necessary cleaning materials and equipments such as detergent powder, Bleaching powder, Muratic Acid/Harpic etc. and mopper, wipper etc. including disposal of refuses to the outside of the compound under the overall guidance of the Engineer - in - Charge. [Rate is achieved from fixed minimum rates of Wages in the employment of Security Services as per Circular No.: 06/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dated 09/01/2026 of the Additional Labour ommissioner,W.B.]Rate is inclusive of minimum Wages ,Bonus, EPF,ESI & GST as per existing rule (Bidders are requested only to quote rate against Service Charge Cell)Note: 1) Man days means per man per day working time 8 Hours including required uniform, Torch and other accessories.2) Service Charge includes overhead, profit and all other incidental charges as per Government norms in vogue including cost of all cleaning materials, tools, plants and machineries etc. as per scope of work mentioned in the NIeB.
