Fabrication and erection in position of L-12ft x B-12ft x Ht-10ft size (with tolerance of ± 5%) colour coated corrugated iron sheet shed at at proposed borewells (05 Nos) of Jagtimini–TownshipNagrota. The job includes Earth work for Excavation of foundation of width 250 mm and depth 500 mm having an elevation of approximately 250 mm above ground level suitable for specified floor size of the shed structure and embedding of vertical prop foot. Providing/laying in-situ of mud mat 75 mm thick along the foundation bed in PCC mix of 1:4:8. Fabrication of vertical props out of ISMC 75x40 section 10 Nos. of length 3 mtrs. Welding in position of base bearing plate and top bearing plate of size 200 mm x 200 mm made out of 6 mm thick M.S plate at bottom end and top end of vertical prop respectively and stiffened in position with help of 75 mm x 200mm cut to shape stiffeners made out of 6 mm thick M.S Plate. Erection in position of vertical props well in sole and alignment with respect to each other resting with its base plate on mud mat of foundation bed, followed by cost in-situ of foundation block in PCC mix of 1:2:4 with elevation of 175 mm Trusses (one side slope mm from ground level with respect to surroundings. Five nos of single 500mm to 00mm) are to be fabrication and erected in position for span of 16ft with its rafts, struts, web and tie member are to be fabricated out of ISA 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick section with gusset plates and connecting plates fabricated out of 6 mm thick M.S plate cut to shape and size as per requirement. Fabrication and erection in position of side runners 2no's on three sides and purlins 3 no's made out of ISA 32 x 32 x 5 mm section resting on clits made out of 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron section 100 mm long. Covering of three sides and roof by providing/fitting in position of colour coated corrugated iron sheet of 22 gauge with help of J/L hook with limpet washers of suitable size at appropriate spacing end overlapping of sheet ends/sides to hold the sheets well in position. The wind tie shall be provided as per requirement. The door 1 No. and window groove 1 No. each are fabricated out of ISA 32 x 32 x 5 mm thick of size 4' x 8' and 4' x 3' respectively. Fabrication and fitting in position door and window pans with their frame made out of ISA 32 x 32 x 5 mm thick with proper skin covering out of plain iron sheets with help of screws/nut-bolts/ welding fitting in position with proper hinges, door/window handles, latches and lock/key arrangement for the door. Earth filling in between the foundation structure for floor mix of 1:4:8 and laying in position of 50 mm thick floor in followed by laying of mud mat 100 mm thick PCC mix of 1:2:4. The job includes cutting to size of structural steel sections followed by straightening, truing, assembling by welding for each member. The job includes Design, fabrication and erection of MS Pipe Gantry at proposed borewells (05 Nos) of WSS Mini Township Jagtifor extraction and lowering of submersible pump set along with column pipes. The job includes fabrication of 2 no.’s vertical members of MS Pipe 4”/6” dia medium class each of height 18 ft. embedded in cement concrete block of 3’x 3’x3’ from bottom of the vertical column pipes 2 nos. It includes earthwork for excavation of foundation of size 3’ x 3’ x 3’ of cement concrete block for embedding of foot of vertical column. Cast in-situ of cement concrete block in 1:2:4 mix of size 3’ x 3’ x 4’ (1’ AGL). Providing and embedding of 4 no.’s foundation bolts of size 2’ x 16mm in each block. The job also includes providing and fitting of 02 no.’s MS plates 8 mm thick of size 2’x2’ welding of 4 no.’s ribs at the base of the column pipes and 02 no.’s MS plates 8 mm thick of size 1’x1’ at the top of column pipes, welding of 4 no.’s ribs at the base of the vertical column pipes for strengthening of vertical column pipes, placing/welding of horizontal 4”dia-12’ pipe or as per site condition above the column vertical pipes. The job also includes providing and welding of main cross member made out of 4”/6” dia M.S Pipe – 1.5 mtrs medium class on top. Making of one number MS steel ladder on side of vertical pipe fabricated out of MS angle (1.5’ length) of suitable size and shall be welded properly at an equidistant of 1’ each from bottom to top of the MS column pipe. The job also includes painting of the pipes by way of making surface smooth emery paper and initially giving one coat of red oxide and finally two coats of black enamel paint for smooth finish. Providing of 03-ton capacity electric operated chain pulley block with chain of 6 mtrs (with canopy for protection of motor of electric chain pulley block from rain) for extraction/ lowering of submersible pump set.
