Fabrication of motor base frame for 01 nos of motor. Using joist ISMB 300, 250 Channel ISMC 125 Angle 65×65×6 & M.S plate of thickness 20mm, 12mm etc.

Fitting of motor on base frame for necessary hole cutting and checking alignment.

Dismantling of out of order fluid coupling from lower/upper side motor shaft of 2nd belt at surface.

Transportation of motor & base frame from surface to site after fitting of tyre coupling.

Transportation of one set finished bore tyre coupling. Fitting of tyre coupling set on gear shaft with hammering after grinding-filling of bore & keyway.

Height adjustment-extension of lower/upper side motor base frame and fitting-alignment of lower/upper side gear box-motor at 2nd belt conveyor with help of gas cutting and belt trial run.
