347	Discount offered by the firm should also be considered in deviation of items.
348	The extra/ substitute items will not be allowed against this work without the prior approval of the competent authority.
349	Security shall be deducted on each running/ Final bill of the firm as per CPWD / HPPWD works manual.
350	The firm shall ensure, the availability a licensed electrician/ supervisor/ qualified Engineer during the erection, testing and commissioning.
351	The contractor will have to produce invoice/ gate pass of the manufacturer for major items of material to be installed against S/E of work for genuine of the material.
352	The firm shall be quote the rates inclusive all the taxes/ GST whatever required and no extra payment shall be made in this respect.
353	The fittings/ material should be got inspected by the concerned AE with the representative of the firm and necessary certificate should be signed by the representative of the firm for its genuineness.
