Fitting the fabricated section of piping of foam Chamber line. Hydrotesting the fabricated pipe portion at 15Kg/cm2 for 4 hours.Surface preparation of the pipe by hand tool cleaning . On the cleaned surface applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer ( DFT 30microns) & two coats of fire red/signal red synthetic enamel paint 30micron DFT per coat) including all labours , consumables, equipments,tools & tackles as per EIC. . Necessary MS scaffoldings required for dismantling of pipes to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (approximate height of the piping is 16 meters from ground level). The 2\\" dia. pipe ( ASTM grade) will be supplied by IOCL.The payment will be made on actual length of pipe replaced by the party. |
