The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling screws with corrosion resistant (SDS of brand Patta) of size 5.5 x 55mm with EPDM seal at top of corrugation complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces,including providing necessary overlap not less than 250mm at end 1 1/2 corrugation at side excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and providing ridges including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per direction of engineer in charge, the ridge will be paid separately. The rate inclusive of covering of existing stocks inside godown from falling of dust and covering of roof from raining with tarpauline sheet during the execution of work also the cost and conveyance of material to site and necessary scaffoldings which required.The contractor shall submit the manufacturers test certificates of the roofing sheet before commencing the work and also required to conduct the test on the randomly selected sample from the site by the Engineer-in -Charge to ensure the minimum thickness. |

Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micrones minimum to avoid scartches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in charge.
