Earth work for filling the embankment from approved borrow area with all kinds of soil having good cohesion free from rocks, pebbles, roots, stick and other debris etc. by manual labour or by mechanical means with in 5.00 KM lead including loading in to truck and unloading the same on prefixed profile including spereading the layer net exceeding 0.225 mtr. in thickness and benching old embankment and breaking of clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size dressing to design slop and profile with rebandling of earth if necessary etc. complete including dewatering whenever and wherever required and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
