Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the from of regular pits not exceeding ½meter (20'' ) in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (80'' ) layers,including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and including 1.5m (5'' ) lift and 30m (100'' ) lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100'' ) distance as directed by the E/I. As per SI No. 253

Brick solling with straight over burnt bricks/1st class bricks laid on edge and dry including preperation of sub grade to prescribed camber and including supply of bricks filling joints with local earth of P I 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface & including all materials labour T7P etc required for proper compl;eyion of work.
