Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and Gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50m lead of G.S. sheet.

Providing reinforced by organic fibers and/or inorganic synthetic fibers cement 6mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts. 8mm dia. G.I. plain.................required.

Structural steel work riveted bolted or welded in Built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a primering coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface and smooth complete.

Distempering with Ist quality acylic distemper (ready Mixed having V.O.C. content less than 50 gram/liter of approved Manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour. New Work (Two or more Coats) over and includ. water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having V.O.C. content less than 50 gram/liter.

Removing dry or oil Bound distemper water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. complete
