Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and Gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50m lead of Asbestos Cement sheet.

Providing reinforced by organic fibers and/or inorganic synthetic fibers cement 6mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts. 8mm dia. G.I. plain and Bitumen warshers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM warshers etc. Complete (excluding the cost of Purlins, rafters and trusses, including Cutting, sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Structural steel work riveted bolted or welded in Built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Fixing of Old G.C.I. Sheet including J Hook, warsher cutting & wastage for etc. labour rate only

Cleaning & Shifting of old G.C.I. sheet to scrap yard to work site etc.

Supply & Fixing of Door 1mm thick M.S. Sheet Door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners all necessary fitting Complete including applying a primering coat of approved steel primer Using M.S. angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal bracies.

Distempering with Ist quality acylic distemper (ready Mixed having V.O.C. content less than 50 gram/liter of approved Manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour. New Work (Two or more Coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having V.O.C. Content less than 50 gram/liter.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Providing and fixing fiber cement reinforced by organic fiber and inorganic synthetic fiber roofing accessories in all colours with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolt….EPDM washer etc. complete

Dismantling & cutting of Jhirri of Wall & filling the mortor after fixing of sheet etc.
