| 2 | Opening switch mounting plate at normal height up to 1.5 m, rectifying defects in fittings/fixtures such as switches, bell push, fan regulator, sockets etc. by tightening loose connections, refixing switch plate and testing to make functional, complete all as specified and directed.Note for Item No. 1.00 & 2.00: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include labour only for rectifying defects and making the fittings/fixtures functional. Where replacement of parts/items is required, labour and material for such replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant “S&F in repairs” items of this Schedule, and in such cases these items shall not be measured/paid. |
