Repairs to 250 KVA electrical transformer with allied works at LIS Seriplai. The job involves disconnecting of distribution transformer HT links and HT/LT side cables. Dismounting from poles / platform using crane/ skilled and un-skilled labour using tools and tackles, loading in mechanical transport and carriage to workshop and unloading at workshop including head load carriage. Rewinding its 3 nos. H.V. coil &3 nos. L.V. coils with superior Aluminium wire of requisite size/gauge. Heating the rewinded coils to attain the required megger value. Replacement of damaged 3 nos HV& 4 nos. LV bush rods with the new bush rods as per sample. Providing /Fitting of new gasket, L.T. terminal plate, nuts, bolts, insulators etc. Cleaning of the tank and drying it. Providing/Topping up of 210 litres transformer oil and heating the oil to make it moisture free. Lowering the windings back in the tank Assembling the transformer by tightening all nuts, bolts and using oil packing sheets wherever necessary. Loading in the vehicle and shifting back to site. Job includes placing of transformer on the platform with the help of crane using skilled manual labour. Fitting the transformer and restoration of electrical connections. Making of LT side cable connections as well as HT side cable connections and charging the transformer on no load conditions and thereafter checking on full load conditions. Supply/ installation/ testing and commissioning of 3 analog voltmeter and 3 ampere meter, volt selector switches, amp. selector switches, indicators etc. of 250KVA Voltage stabilizer and FASD Starter. Job involves disconnecting the power supply and disconnecting the damaged voltmeter and amperemeter by using skilled labour and suitable tools & tackles. Providing / fitting of new thimbles duly crimped and taped. Complete job including cost of material, skilled and semi-skilled labour charges, loading & unloading at both ends and transportation charges as per site conditions of LIS.
