| 3 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement; three sand; six graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing Anodised aluminium/colour coated (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) frame work for fixed portion doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
