Replacement of Transformers 315 Kva, 2 Nos. with allied work at Dallupura SPS including all the required safety measures as per the guidelines issued by the NHRC/NGT and all the required work, material arrangements tool and tackles workmen ship etc. Disconnecting of electric supply at transformer from both side HT side and LT side by proper switching of HT & LT main, disconnection HT & LT cables from existing transformer side with maintaining the proper safety protocol at site.

Dismantling of existing transformer having the capacity of 315 Kva Complete drain out of transformer oil from transformer into empty oil drum by oil machine, and transportation the same in to J.E. store/suitable place with the help of long boom crane, manual labour and proper logistics arrangement as per site requirement, The work also includes the dismantling of conservator tank and all protection relays, cable end boxes, vent pipes and other items as required.

Supply of 315 KVA Transformer having the technical specification Rated voltage of HV 11 KV Rated voltage of LV 433 Volts, Rated Frequency 50 HZ, Three Phases, Winding material Copper, Insulation class F , Reference ambient temp. in 50 deg C Type of cooling ONAN, With tapping +5% to -10% @2.5 % thru off circuit Tap- Changer IS 1180 (Amend 04) level -1 Standards Dyn11 connected with latest amendments, IP 23 (Indoor) or better and supply of equipment . Make:- DJB approved make.

Installation of New Transformers with all allied work/accessories with the help of Hydra as per site requirement

Civil augmentation/repairing of existing foundation a per new transformer to be installed at site as per site requirement such cable trench and transformer foundation

Connection with HT panel with cables, and fixing of cable input into the incomer of transformer end termination kits as per site requirement

Providing and fixing of cables (100 meter each) suitable size i.e. 240 sq mm aluminum armored cable 3.5 core form transformer to LT panel as per site requirement with allied work such as end termination joint , connection ,thimbling etc. as per site requirement. Make:- DJB approved make.

Dehydration & Filtration of complete transformer oil and checking the di-electric strength upto 50 KV at site as required and as per manufacturing standard.

Transport of man and material at site of work i.e. (electrical and mechanical equipment etc.)
