1. Providing topographic survey for all approach roads upto 100m, from the location of proposed FOB and inter section.2. Conducting topographic survey of road including service road within right of way (ROW) under the jurisdiction of PWD, with the help of total station instrument and taking all permanent visible features like boundary walls, trees with girth more than 30 cms, monuments and other buildings, lamp posts, drains, manholes, footpaths etc. and also fixing temporary benchmark on permanent structure; complete in all respects as per direction by Engineer-in- charge.3. Carrying out of detailed traffic volume Survey required for construction of FOB at any location i.e. Pedestrian Counts (along and across) and Vehicular Counts for 16 hours on a normal day around the proposed location for 5 days & submitting the reports in 3 Nos. sets.4. Preparation of two to three conceptual FOB layout plan section, architectural drawings etc. exploring the various permutations available for proposals and carry out a detailed feasibility report on the same.5. Detailing of final option, developing layout of FOB.6.
