DECLARATIONS:1. The above quoted price is a Single Lump-Sum EPC Contract Price inclusive of complete design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handing over as per Employer's Requirements.2. The quoted price includes all taxes, duties, levies, royalties, insurance premiums, labour cess, GST and all other statutory obligations applicable at the time of submission of bid.3. The Contract Price shall be firm and fixed for the entire duration of the Contract. No escalation on any account shall be payable unless specifically provided in the Contract.4. The quoted price includes full design responsibility and professional liability for structural safety, service integration, and performance compliance.
