Dismantling the existing burnt auto transformer coil of 75 HP starter carefully removing all damaged components and cleaning the transformer enclosure. Supplying and fixing new Auto Transformer Starter (ATS) coil of suitable capacity, compatible for 75 HP motor, made of high-grade copper winding with proper insulation, varnishing, and clamping arrangements. Work includes connections, terminations, tightening of contacts, testing for insulation resistance and phase balancing, and commissioning the starter for proper operation with load. All materials, labour, transportation, tools, and incidental charges are included to complete etc., as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying, delivering, and fixing new heavy-duty 150Ah/12V lead-acid battery suitable for 180 KVA diesel generator set, of approved make. The work includes transportation to site, unloading, positioning, interconnection with existing battery leads, cleaning of terminals, applying petroleum jelly for corrosion protection, and ensuring proper polarity connection with DG starting system. The work also includes testing the battery voltage, specific gravity, and ensuring smooth starting operation of the DG set.
