Providing arrangements for watch and ward engaging 1 No of person /Shift and for 2 shifts per day to safeguard the Boards property, such as water tank, pipe lines, valves, mono blocks and submersible pump set and tube light etc. in and around the scheme in shift systems round the clock. The security personnel’s shall be engaged per shift as directed by the departmental officers following shifts(Mazdoor II Class) for the period from 01.02.2026 to 31.07.2026. Engaging Electrician Grade-ll cum Pump Driver to attend the electrical faults then and there and replace the worn out electrical spares such as common lights, checking panel boards. pillar box fan etc. and also to operate the pump set and water supply system and attend the repair works in water supply line and pump set etc and to pump the water from Borewell to sump & sump to Over Head Tank all complete as directed by the departmental officers

Engaging one no of Sweeper to clean the staircase and common areas including clearing the cob-web and clearing of vegetation’s, bushes, jungle clearance in and around the scheme area and to keep the schemes neat etc. as directed by the departmental officers. on contract basis (Mazdoor II Class) from 01.02.2026 to 31.07.2026 Feb 24 + Mar 23 + Apr 24 + May 24 + Jun 25 + July 27 =147 days (Excluding goverment hollydays and sundays only)(Half day)
