4	Initial Load Test as per IS 2911 Part IV 1985 including cost of single pile (250% of pile capacity), labour, reinforcement charges and all other incidential charges including excavation, shoring, strutting, dewatering, mobilization of equipments, etc. and also necessary hire charges for jacks, measuring devices, Structural Frame work for platform, Kent ledges etc, as required and providing pile cap.

6	Routine load test as per IS 2911 part IV 1995 (150% of pile capacity) including labour charges for jack, measuring devices structural frame work plot form, kent ledges etc, as required and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

11	Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with STONE DUST in layers of 150 mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complying with watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specifications including cost of filling sand as directed by the Departmental officers.
12	Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Gravel Filling in layers of 150 mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
13	Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory soil compactor to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401
14	Providing Anti-termite treatment to soil adjecent and under building foundation, plinth periphery of the building by application of chemicals of IS 63613 part I to IV in stages to suit the progress of work consist as per the detailed specification as below. Including breaking of termite mounds, making holes with crow bar, closing the holes after the treatment and including cost of chemicals, labour charges, transport and storing etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
15	Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Mixing by mechanical means
16	Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification
17	Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One cement, Three sand and Six hard broken stone) using 20 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring and Foudation including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification.
18	Providing and laying position,Standardised concrete mi M-25 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard brocken granite stone jelly for all Rcc items of works with minimum cement content of 3500 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55,inculding admiture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retart setting of concrete, improve workablity without imparing strengh and durability with about (5 cum)7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m)5156 kg of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cu.m)7670 kg of M-sand ,but eculding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also inculding laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrtors,finishing,curing,etc,complete complying with standred specification and ass directed by the departmentel officers.the coarse and fine aggregates to be used shoul comply with the requirments of IS standreds.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

40	Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. 59	Supplying and fixing wood polymer composite board solid door frame and 25mm thick shutter frame corners of extruded outer size 75mm X 50mm the inner core more rigid WPC composite with minimum shore hardness of 55 and bulk density 0.8 Grams per cubic centimeters. The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 10 X 100 mm long MS screw through the frame through the pvc fastener. Minimum three numbers of screw to be provided for each vertical member. The overall size of frame shall be with suitable rebate for housing shutter and shutter consist of 25mm polymer composite board single core exhaust with one side embo printing design. To avoid duplicate from the printing design shall have logo of the WPC board shall be bount aid proved by kept official. 70	Paving the floor with fine polished cuddapah stone slab of following thickness over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc.,complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.
