Removal of old stone ballast & cleaning the area (1312.32m2) of displaced stone ballast at switchyard of MPHWhich shall include a. Removal of stone ballast in switchyard.b. Cleaning the area of displaced stone ballast.c. Removal of bushes, grass and roots from switchyard.2. Supply & laying of coarse sand (26.25 cum) and old stone ballast in switchyard of MPHWhich shall include a. Sprinkle the Anti-vegetation chemicals (20L) in two layers to stop the growth of bushes, grass and roots.b. Supply & laying of coarse sand (26.25 cum).c. Laying the old stone ballast in switchyard3. Supply and Laying of New stone ballast (157.48 cum) in switchyard of MPH.Which shall includea. Supply of new 40mm stone ballast (157.48 cum).b. Laying of new stone ballast in switchyard.4. Supply & Laying of copper earth strip 40mmx6mm (35 mtr) & 25mmx5mm (156 mtr) in MPH.Which shall includea. Supply & Laying of copper earth strip 40mmx6mm (35 mtr) for earthing of 2MVA 1st Transformer to GT 1st & 2MVA 2nd Transformer to GT 3rd.b. Supply & Laying of copper earth strip 25mmx5mm (156 mtr) for proper earthing of 09 Nos. 66KV SF6 breakers, 05Nos. Isolators, 09 Nos. CTs structures and GT 1st ,2nd & 3rd, 2MVA 1st & 2nd to Gantry.5. Painting of gantry, structure & panels in switchyard of MPH.Which shall includea. All surface shall be cleaned thoroughly with Wire Brush, Emery Paper.b. Painting of front side gantry, breaker & PT structure and Panels with one coat of best quality metal paint (681.22 sqm out of 1430.01 sqm) c. Painting of back side gantry, isolator & CT structure with one coat of best quality red oxide primer on complete surface (748.79 sqm out of 1430.01 sqm).d. Painting of back side gantry, isolator & CT structure with two coats of best quality metal paint (748.79 sqm out of 1430.01 sqm).

Part B: Construction & foundation of structure for lightning arrestor of 2MVA 1st Transformer along with Fixing & Commissioning of lightning arrestor in switchyard at Matatila Hydro Power Station, Distt. Lalitpur.1. Excavation for foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work. (2 cum)2. CC work with 4cm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations &under floors including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion. (0.2 cum)3. CC work with 4cm gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (1.09 cum)4. Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes as per approved design, fabricated to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor. (0.282 mt)5. Erection & Commissioning of 2MVA 1st Transformer Lighting Arrestor in switchyard (01 Job).Which shall includea. Fixing of LA on top of structure.b.
