| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Advanced Solid-Chemistry Based Cooling Water Treatment Dosing and Monitoring System as per terms and conditions of the tender no: ETPK/PH-I/2025-26/AT-287Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an advanced solid-chemistry based automated cooling water chemical dosing and monitoring system suitable for open-loop cooling tower applications, complete with automated dosing control, real-time monitoring, and cloud-based digital subscription platform for remote monitoring, data logging, alarm notification and system performance analysis. The system shall continuously monitor online parameters including pH, Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP), electrical conductivity, mild steel corrosion rate, copper corrosion rate, turbidity, blowdown flow meter readings, skid temperature and fluorometer-based residual chemical measurement, and shall automatically regulate dosing and blowdown operations to maintain water quality within specified limits. The scope shall include a motorized automatic blowdown valve of minimum 1.5-inch size for conductivity-based blowdown control, complete control panel with minimum 7-inch colour HMI display, PLC-based controller, SIM-enabled gateway for remote connectivity, and all associated automation hardware. The system shall be supplied complete with CPVC piping network, fittings, isolation valves, NRVs, strainers, supports, interconnections, cabling, termination, electrical components, and accessories required for complete operation. All materials shall be suitable for chemical dosing applications and outdoor cooling tower environments. A suitable UPS backup providing minimum 30 minutes autonomy shall be provided for the PLC panel, control panel, and communication gateway to ensure uninterrupted monitoring, control operation and data retention during power failure. The scope shall include fabrication, installation, testing, calibration, commissioning, documentation, and integration with existing plant infrastructure/BMS (if required). The system shall be supplied complete in all respects as per tender specifications and ready for continuous operation. |
| 2 | Supply of Solid Cooling Water Treatment Chemicals as per terms and conditions of the tender no: ETPK/PH-I/2025-26/AT-287Supply of solid-form cooling water treatment chemicals suitable for open-loop cooling tower systems for effective control of corrosion, scaling and biological fouling in condenser water circuits for a period of 2 years. The chemicals shall be compatible with automated dosing systems and designed to maintain water quality parameters within prescribed operational limits, improve heat transfer efficiency, reduce blowdown frequency and extend equipment life. The scope shall include supply, handling guidance, safety data sheets (MSDS) and all necessary documentation for safe storage and application. |
| 3 | Digital Subscription & Remote Monitoring Services as per terms and conditions of the tender no: ETPK/PH-I/2025-26/AT-287Supply and provision of a digital subscription–based remote monitoring service for the cooling water treatment dosing system, including online dashboards, real-time reports, historical data trends, and analytics for a period of 2 years. The scope shall include all cloud platform charges, data hosting fees, and M2M (Machine-to-Machine) SIM with data connectivity required for uninterrupted online monitoring and control for 2 years. The subscription shall support continuous data logging, alarm notifications, performance analysis, and remote access for authorized users, complete in all respects for the specified subscription period (2 years).
