Planning, Design & Approvals : Site Survey, Site Barricading, detailed Structural design, planning and design of required Services (as required) Obtaining necessary vetting from IIT Madras on structural drawings, on completion plans, as per GRIHA 4 Star Certification and preparation & submission of all 'As built drawings' (on completion of entire work as per scope of work, conditions and other details provided in this document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.B. Superstructure with Built-up Plinth Area as per the area statement enclosed: Design & Constructions of Super Structure along with Services, Finishes, fitting & Fixtures i/c Architectural Features, Overhead Water Tanks etc. complete as shown in Architectural Drawings complete in all respects as per Scope of work & Specifications.Planning, Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of all E&M Services & Equipment to be designed as per NBC-2016/CPWD Specifications/ GRIHA 4 Star requirements as given in the detailed scope of work.
