| 25 | S & F Providing and fixing 30mm thick FACTORY MADE MOULDED DOOR SHUTTER ‐ WOOD FREE consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19gauge thickness and size of 25mm x 25mm for stiles, top and bottom rails. M. S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers. The inner panel shall consist of 25mm thick EPS of Density 23 Kg /Cbm. bonded with 2mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire resistant moulded PVC Sheet Manufactured by an ISO‐9001‐2015 certified company, with 2, 4, 6 raised panel design in different plain and / or prelam colours after routing the Moulded design on one side & 2mm plain and /or prelam PVC sheet on other side of the EPS.
