| 6 | Thorough maintenance of Motorized valve actuators of different make includes calibration, cable disconnection/reconnection, control circuit checking/replacement of whole actuators and spares replacement, remote fault feedback rectification as well as dry cleaning. |
| 7 | Cleaning of control rooms to avoid any fire hazards / electrical accident. Uprooting/Cutting of creepers, wild shrubs, bushes etc. and disposal of the same from the HV equipment yards. |
| 8 | Trouble shooting and rectification of 415V switch gear with ACBs including CTs, PTs, AC/DC mini bus and control circuit with their protective relays and replacement if necessary. |
| 9 | Support for hoist maintenance of different Pump Houses including fault rectification and replacement of minor spares if necessary. |
| 10 | Checking, fault rectification, replacement, if required of ventilation system including tightness checking and cleaning. |
| 11 | Trouble shooting of control circuit of different LT Electrical Starter panels and other allied jobs including tightness checking, cleaning and replacement of spares if necessary. |
| 12 | Thorough maintenance including cleaning, tightness checking, plugging of holes, replacement of bushing (if required) of HT breaker panels. |
| 13 | Maintenance of Tube Lights/LED Light fittings (Indoor Type) and respective circuit of different areas at a height > 6 Mtr. under the purview of Water Works. |
| 14 | Maintenance of SON/HPL/LED light fittings (Outdoor Type and Street Lights) and respective circuit of different areas at a height > 6 Mtr. under the purview of Water Works. |
| 15 | Laying of Cable size up to 10Cx2.5 sq. mm Cu or 3.5Cx35 sq. mm Al at existing tray and trench. The job also includes supply of clamps, nut-bolts, washers etc. to complete the job in all respect. |
| 16 | Laying of Cable size above 3.5Cx35 sq. mm and up to 3.5Cx185 sq. mm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. |
| 17 | Laying of Cable size above 3.5Cx150 sq. mm and up to 3.5Cx300 sq. mm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand. |
