| 14 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of Smart periodical external emulsion paint using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length or 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard techonology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage an certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying external emulsion paint should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of external emulsion paint on the surface over and including one coat of acrylic waterbased exterior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSL. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subbsequent coats over and including water proofing cement based putty @ 1 kg/undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered wall after prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500. sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc, by skilled labour. |
| 15 | Note:-(i) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.(ii) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI.(iii) Allow 6 to 8 hrs time to dry the putty surfaces.(iv) Applying temporary covering of door, windows and other openings and removing the same and cleaning also included.(v) Cleaning of galvalume sheet after painting work and making the surface as per user satisfaction. |
