Survey, Design, Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 50 H.P VRV/VRF Type HVAC System on EPC mode. The HVAC System to be installed should include all the Design parameters i.e outdoor Design Conditions, indoor Design conditions, indoor Design Temperature, indoor relative humidity requirement, Minimum Ventilation rate, indoor Air Quality Ducting System, Compressor, Condensate drain piping and Refrigerator piping. The rating/size/capacity of all the parameters is required to be designed on the basis of the cooling capacity , heating capacity & cooling demand density after detailed Heat calculation. Considering all the inside and outside design conditions as per the requirement at site. The system to be designed and to be installed shall be in confirmity with the BIS and CPWD specifications for HVAC System 2024 complying EER, COP and ISEER as per 18728 with low permissible sound level at high pressure and suitable for prefabricated double storey building. The job also include the proper wiring for indoor and outdoor units, foundations and foundation bolts for all the equipments etc. Supply , Installation , Testing and Commissioning of suitable rating not less than 100 KVA Servo Control Automatic Voltage Stabilizer, cubicle Type L.T Panel with suitable rating MCCBS and main service line cable from power source to L.T Panel.
