Providing and fixing hard board sheet ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid for separately) Standard Quality board 4.5 mm

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position : Budloo / Fir wood

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm thick

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade onNew work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)
