M&L for preparation of old distempered wall surfaces by washing,rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a 1 mm thick wall care putty smooth finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on plastered wall surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applaying one coat of Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 0.72 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified
