80	Item No 25 : M & L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fatricated from new structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers. Welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in nay shape or size as indicated or directed by Engr-in-charge and inclusive of one red oxide metal primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of approved quality aluminium paint.Note: 1. Structure for PVC water tank should be as per standard engineering design and MS sheet shoul be fixed/ welded on the top of structure for placing the PVC tank.2. Contractor has to submit the design drawing of structure duly vetted from state govt engineering college and submitted to department for approval.
81	Item No 25A : Supply and install, testing and commissioning of Solar Hot Water system( Evacuated Tube collector system) based on transfer of heat of capacity 50 LPD, High quality vaccum tube made from borosilicate including power supply backup with 2kw heater following accessories all as specified and directed.(i) Solar flat plate collectors shall be constructed strictly as per norms of Ministry of Nonconventional Energy sources(MNES), govt of India and BIS specifications.(ii) Collector Support Structure:- The support structure for the collector shall be of MS angle of size not less than 50X50X6 mm. The structure shall be provided with suitable flat iron sections to fix collectors on structure and to prevent from uprooting during heavy winds.
82	(iii) Hot water storage tank along with structure and GI cladding:- Tank shall be of full capacity as per the system. Tank shall have thermal stratification to prevent mixing of hot and cold water. The tank shall be made of stainless steel sheet SS-316 L with PUF insulation and pre coated GI Cladding on outer cover.(iv) Coldwater Makeup Tank minimum capacity 100 Ltr along with supporting structure height above the 45 cm above from hot water tank to obtain sufficient pressure as per manufacturers recommendation.
