| 9 | OD37591/2025-2026:Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorized scale with atleast 10 years warranty manufactured as per IRC:67 High Intensity Micro-Prismatic (Type XI) Grade Sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting, aluminium composite material sheeting 1.5 mm thick(or nearest available size) with suitable supporting frame made of SS316 flats of size 50x10mm(or nearest approved size) and connecting them using SS316 threaded M12 rods/bolts(or nearest approved size) drilled into masonry using a suitable bit so as to get a minimum hole diameter of 14 mm and 150 mm minimum embedment, cleaning the hole by oil-free air blowing and anchoring the assembly using epoxy/polyster chemical anchor and approved washers and nuts ensuring a minimum stand-off of 15 mm from the wall i/c of all incidentals including erecting the scaffolding as per the site condition. The scale assembly shall be fabricated in separate 2-meter sections, with no allowance for dimensional deviation. The Scale should be fixed based on the reduced level at each 1 m vertical interval or lesser as required at site of the dam body after surveying total station (to be paid for separately)as per the direction of engineer in charge. |
