The work consists supply and construction of Small UG Amn Bunker (Precast) of size 7.00 x 3.60, with 750mm OHP (earth used for filling should be free from boulders). Design criteria.3.1 Seismic Co-efficient – As per Seismic Zone V.3.2 Snow load - 1.5 feet standing on roof.3.3 Wind load - Equivalent to wind speed of 55 mtrs/sec as per IS-875- 2015(reaff- 2020)3.4 Roof slope - As per Drawing attached.3.5 External temperature – (-) 400C to + 350C.3.6 Water absorption/Penetration – Nil and adequate sealing material be provided.3.7 Termite proofing – Termite proof.3.8 Ease of construction – Should be modular in design.3.9 Design load – As per IS 875-2015 (reaff 2020).4. Excavation. Excavation upto required level to be done by vendor in any type of soil i.e. hard rock / soft rock / hard dense / dense etc as directed by Accepting officer. The contractor will deploy his own resources for digging and levelling of ground. The excavated earth will be disposed off as directed by the Accepting Officer at an appropriate site as governed by local Adm guidelines or as directed by the Accepting Officer.
