Annual maintenance contract (including labour for major repairs) of Main CAC Plant Nehru Hospital , comprising of 03 no. centrifugal chilling machines- 600 TR make- CARRIER. This also include maintenance of Low side equipments comprising - AHU’s (24 nos.) , FCU’s (38 nos.) , Primary chilled water pump (03 nos) ,& (03 nos) Condenser water pumps (03 nos.), & (03 nos.), Secondary chilled water pumps with VFD (03 nos.), & with VFD (01 nos.) Tertiary chilled water pumps with VFD (02 nos.)&, Tertiary chilled water pumps without VFD (06 nos.) & Hot water generator of 500 KW (02 nos.) & 250 KW (01 nos.), Hot water pump 10 HP each (2 nos.) Cooling tower 625 TR (0 2 nos.) & 750 TR (02 nos.) Inline Exhaust fan installed in main CAC plant room, Burn ICU, Trauma OT’s, Isolation ward along with all associated controls, Main electrical panel, Sub panels, Control console, Sub panel of AHU’s/FCU’s & other work contingent there to complete in all respect. The job shall also include cleaning of air filters, grills, diffusers, washing/chemical cleaning of cooling coils, cooling towers, Temperature controller of all OTs , Descaling of chillers & condensers , lubrication of motors , cleaning of all AHU’S room, FCU’s etc for smooth & trouble free functioning of entire HVAC System.

NOTE:1.This is a percentage rate tender, therefore ,percentage is only to be quoted by the agency in figures on the amount mentioned in schedule of quantity.2.The percentage quoted should be inclusive of all taxes including GST etc and excluding Contractor Profit.
