Fabrication, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of openable Signage made of electrocut computerised automated individual letters in hindi & English, total Covering Area and design as per direction of Engineer in charge, Letters to be made from powder coated sheet with 100-150 mm bottom profiles bended along 4-5mm thick sheet of unbreakable Acrylic Sheet to be used in front which will be pinned to the profile. Approved Color, Vinyl (UV) to be used for Colorful look on the front of Acrylic sheet, Letters back should be duly powder coated/painted with Primer & two coats of approved Color Enamel or Duco paint. The signage shall have a system for easy graphic changes and easy access for maintenance. The illumination source shall be of LEDs or approved equivalent modules with individual current regulator/power supply driver module for every signage complete with all internal wiring etc along with connectors for connections to achieve required and uniform illuminations, specifications and design as per the directions of Engineer in charge. LED specification :Lumen output : 2500 lumens/sqmtr (minimum) radiance angle : 120 degree and above Illumination should be uniform and suitable arrangement should be made for installation of the whole structure using Gi pipes, angles etc but excluding foundation work.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
