| 10 | Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM rubber washer/ gasket etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick as in ridge, valley, gutter in roof of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa fixed with self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM rubber washer/ gasket etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 13 | Material and labour for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block M-35 Grade any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Material and labour for refixing old dismantled precast concrete interlocking paver block of any type and any description over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 15 | Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers (10+5) mm finished fair and even, top 5mm plaster shall be mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions (wherever required) for height upto and including 4th storey in 12 storey building (40m height) complete all as specified and as directed. |
