The panel should be fully recycled and fire retardant as per Class A. A special crafted wooden block angloc of width 125 x 1200 mm shall be fixed at distance of 100 mm from each edge of acoustic panel on plain wall. Angloc shall create angle of 5° with the plain wall. Surface impalers of size 3”X4” having projecting element called spikes shall be fixed on the angloc surface at 600 mm center to center horizontally and 600 mm center to center vertically, using self-tapping screws. Silica based construction adhesive to be dabbed on to the projecting elements (spikes) of the impalers. Wall Panels shall be pierced through the spikes of the impalers ensuring line & level of panel are maintained. The panels should be mounted on the impalers horizontally or vertically as per the approved design or as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. Approved makes are - Credence Creda model no. STR-P, or equivalent of Knauf, Anutone, Himalayan or Armstrong make. |

The Polyester Wadding of 25 mm thickness having density 1000 gsm having flammability - IS 15061-2002 is then to be inserted in the slots of Frame work. Then Panel to installed on the frame work with screws. All Panels are in line & level. Joint Groove in between of two panel will be 4 mm for expansion & contraction. The installed panel should give minimum NRC value of 0.80. Work to be completed as per specification and as per direction of Engineer In Charge.
