Disposal of building rubbish / malba /garbage/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Apply GST Correction factor @0.973, Conditions :-1 The agency must deploy 21 nos of Environment Assistant (1 No for ILBS road, 1 No for Road at Okhla Community Centre, Ph-I, 18 Nos for roads & constraint area at Ph-II, Vasant Kunj, 1 No for Vasant gaon Road) daily in proper uniform at the work site. In case of absence of any EA's from duty, an amount of Rs 1500/- per EA per day will be recovered from the contractor's bill.2 All T&P shall be arranged by the contractor and shall have to bring in advance for at least one month's requirement as per approved brand/instructions by the Engineer-in-Charge.3 In case the specified areas are not sweeped and cleaned to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, a token penalty of Rs 4000/- (Rupees four thousand only) per day shall be imposed and deducted from contractor's bill.4 In case any, Challan from MCD/NGT/Court or any other department is issued related to the subject work, the same will be solely borne by the agency.5 Agency must submit a copy of photo ID proof of the Environmental Assistants deployed at site.6 Wages/dues to every EA shall be paid in compliance of minimum wages for each category as notified time to time by GNCTD/GOI (whichever is max.). The same will be paid directly by the contractor to every Environmental Assistant through bank ECS or online transfer to his bank a/c and photocopy of payments proof along with bank statement will be submitted to the division office every month.7 The agency will have to submit the proof of depositing Environmental Assistants contribution towards PF/ESI etc. of each EA's in every two months.8 The No. of EAs on a particular road/location can be increased or decreased as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.9 The agency will deploy sufficient no of wheel barrows, rickshaws or mechanical carrier for disposal of garbage/refuse, malba, rubbish etc collected after sweeping up-to the designated site of disposal failing which a token penalty of Rs 2000/- per day shall be imposed.10 The Minimum rate quoted by the agency shall not be less than 10% of the estimated cost, if the rate quoted are below the 10% of the estimated cost, the bid will not be considered and will be rejected out rightly unresponsive. 11 The work shall be terminated consequently upon handing over the specified areas to MCD.
