| 10 | S & F Gl frame work for step up and down designer seamless ceiling and wall lining comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre and Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long specing of hangers as per manufactures instructions complete in all respect as specified and directed. | 11 | M & L for step up and down designer 10mm thick POP false ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) & wall lining eleptical , half round or as approved design, shape & pattern fixed with screw including 2nd class HW fillets or metal frame work including GI wire mesh, Wire netting size of mesh 12 mm of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples etc or as per manufacturers instructions including taping form work etc complete in all respect as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M&L for applying 3 mm thick water proofing wall care putty as in ceiling on gyp board/POP/RCC surface, rubbing and cleaning complete to get the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment applying 1 mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth and applying two coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified & directed.NOTE:- OBD shall be done with roller of required size instead of brush |
