Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work including spade work, pick work, jumper work blasting work including where blasting is prohibited and chiselling/wedging out of rock etc. upto all lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(i) In Cement mortar

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :(i) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings, framed, guards, bars ladders and railing, brackets and similar works including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20microns over 5microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5microns primer coating including fixing with self drilling screws complete with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.( Tata Mke)

Providing and fixing flashing 38cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted sheet Tata Durashine or equivelant of approved brand shade and design in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with G.I. self drilling screws of required sizes / prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge:-0.60 mm ( zero point sixty millimetre) thick sheet including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.
