G.I. fasterners Imm size for fixing fram to finished wall and necessary stainless steel crews etc. profile of rame co sash shall be mitred cut and fushion welded at all courners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardwars and drainage of water etc. after fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-charge. (single/panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent has be paid speretely), note for uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% toleerance, in double glass 23 a gap 2mm dimention i.e. depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. |
| 2 | Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA Durashine in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. |
